Begin the evening with tempting starters like coconut shrimp served with honey mustard or rich oyster Rockefeller stuffed with fennel, shallots, parmesan, and a creamy sambuca liqueur. Fresh options include the passion salad with mixed greens, fennel, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, shaved parmesan, and raspberry dressing, or a comforting bowl of lobster bisque.

For the main course, enjoy elegant entrées such as a stuffed lobster tail filled with lump crab, paired with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, or a tender filet served over mushroom truffle oil risotto. End on a sweet note with strawberry tres leches cake or classic chocolate crème brûlée.
